These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.viedefit.com, our online store, and any purchase of ViedeFit products or services (collectively, the “Services”). The store is operated under the ViedeFit trade name (“ViedeFit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Customer Accounts

You may be able to shop as a guest or create a customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

3. Products and Compatibility

ViedeFit sells aftermarket accessories, including integrated case-and-band products for compatible Apple Watch models. Apple Watch devices shown in product media are not included unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Current ViedeFit Ultra case bands are designed around the 49mm Apple Watch Ultra case shape. A fitted case band is different from a standard replacement strap and will not fit a watch body with a different case shape merely because a connector appears compatible.

You are responsible for reviewing the individual product page and confirming your Apple Watch model and case size before ordering. If you need help, use our Apple Watch Size Guide or contact us before purchase.

Product colors, finishes, and dimensions may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, and photography. Material, measurement, weight, and performance claims apply only when stated on the relevant product page.

4. Product Information and Availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, compatibility information, and package contents accurate. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Services and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the order total.

Applicable taxes, duties, fees, and other charges will be handled or displayed as required by the checkout process and applicable law. Currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside ViedeFit’s control.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 5–7 business days for the United States and 7–10 business days for supported international destinations. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. or China warehouse depending on inventory, destination, and operational availability. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Eligible cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return after delivery if eligible.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a non-defective return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, although the payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

8. Warranty

ViedeFit accessories include a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the carrier-recorded delivery date, as described on our Warranty page.

The warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects affecting the ViedeFit accessory and supplied components when used as intended. It does not cover damage caused by external force, accident, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration, normal wear, loss, theft, or damage to an Apple Watch or another device not sold by ViedeFit.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including the ViedeFit name, logos, product names, text, graphics, photographs, video, layout, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to ViedeFit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services or their content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Apple Watch and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. ViedeFit is an independent aftermarket accessory brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

10. Reviews, Comments, and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, image, video, comment, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of another person.

You grant ViedeFit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, irrelevant, contains personal data, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services;
• Introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or evade security measures;
• Use false information, impersonate another person, or submit an unauthorized payment method;
• Harvest personal information or engage in unauthorized scraping or automated extraction;
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• Use the Services in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, social platforms, and other websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. ViedeFit is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices except to the extent required by law.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express product warranty and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViedeFit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or a product, including loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViedeFit’s aggregate liability arising from an order or product will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits limitation.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ViedeFit against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country or region remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support will be submitted to the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. If mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that right is not excluded.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, products, policies, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.

20. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and ViedeFit concerning the Services, except where additional terms are expressly agreed.
